Halloween Paper Bag Mini Album ~ from my Stash ~ #2

Here is the 2nd Halloween Mini Album I completed...... Created with Debbie Mumm's 2009 Harvest and Holiday line and Basic Grey's Eerie.

In this 2nd mini, I used vintage graphics from Dover Publications.  I love the Halloween stamps from Memory Box; and, I used lots of those.  I also have a large collection of Amuse Halloween stamps and stamped those on the smaller tags.  Stamped images were accented with Stickles.  All the photo mats were cut with Nestabilities by Spellbinders, as was the large flower on the cover. The spiderweb was cut with Quickutz die. I used lots of Memento Ink, Tuxedo Black on all the edges.  I included some rings and a key chain from Tim Holtz to hang the charms and fibers on.  The binding was done with leather, dyed with black shoe polish :-) Prima flowers were used to set off the photo mats...... Enjoy!

Halloween Mini Album ~ Created from my Stash

Halloween has never been a favorite celebration of mine.  I hadn't thought of making a Halloween mini album.  I was going through my stash and found a box labelled Halloween; and, inside was a stack of Debbie Mumm paper I had bought at Joann's a few years ago.  I pulled all the stuff out and decided to try a mini..... and now have several Halloween mini albums in progress.  This album is created with the Debbie Mumm Harvest and Holiday stack from Joann's a few years ago.  I used lots of Sizzix dies and border punches and fun foam to add depth to my Sizzix die cuts.  Enjoy this mini........ Thank you for visiting.

Altered Clipboard ~ Vintage... 1 of a Kind

My friends at Vintage... 1 of a Kind have created a line I am just in love with. Their kits have saved me hours of foraging in thrift stores and garage sales. Color coordinated and theme based kits are available from Vintage... 1 of Kind. The elves at V1 created this altered clipboard with one of their kits......... I love it!

Visit the Vintage... 1 of a Kind blog to see all the great kits they have created for paper crafters and altered art artists.  My favorite thing about the V1 kits is that no 2 are the same.  Every kit is individually designed and created.

FAO Schwarz Layout ~ Scrappin' Jubilee

Scrappin' Jubilee has created another incredible layout to share with all of us entitled FAO Schwarz. She used K&Co's Que Sera Sera and Jubilee cardstock. Her beautiful embellishments are handmade. The bling is from Oriental Trading Company - the flourish, the transparency and the brads in the flowers (I love those brads!).  The FAO letters are DCWV and the Schwarz letters are EKSuccess.

I find her work an inspiration.  Here is Mary's red, white and blue tribute to Our Country and Our Heroes.  Thank you to America's Heroes.  Your dedication and courage will never be forgotten.  Your spirit that has made Our Country great!

Thank you, Mary, for allowing me to share your beautiful mini album in memory of Our Heroes on the anniversary of 911.  Your work is not only beautiful, but an inspiration and reminder of how strong and courageous the USA is.
